Stephanie Olson serves as Audit Manager at American Riviera Bank. A resident of Santa Barbara for over 20 years, her career spans more than two decades of commercial banking expertise, including leadership roles in internal audit, compliance, risk management, and branch center management across local financial institutions. Beyond her work in risk governance and banking leadership, Stephanie is deeply passionate about serving underserved communities and advocates for housing as an essential human need by serving on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Southern Santa Barbara and The Turner Foundation. Outside of her professional life, she is a proud mother of two children, who are the light of her life and with whom she loves spending her time. On the weekends you can find them at the beach, hiking on the local trails, or at the airport waiting to catch a flight for the next epic adventure.
